Job Description / Responsibility:
-The position is mostly sales orientated but requires those who are able to understand & effectively communicate technical information; the position is designed for those who have the capacity to handle all
aspects of business and sales.
-Managerial responsibilities are expected to be conducted in an organised & timely fashion and the ideal Sales Manager should be able to evaluate business needs and prioritise on an daily basis.
Educational Requirements:
-Candidates would be educated to Minimum H.S.C / Graduation Continue(1st year,2nd & 3rdb year) Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English and Bengali are essential.
Experience Requirements:
-0 to 1 year(s)
-The applicants should have experience in the following area(s).
-Corporate Marketing, Sales, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Insurance, NGOs, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies.
Additional Job Requirements:
-Actively pursue sales targets as planned & set by senior management
-Plan & coordinate daily schedules for him / herself and the sales team to ensure that all efforts are geared towards meeting sales targets
-Effective communication to all clients about the products we handle
-A hands-on follow up business on a daily basis, wherever necessary or as per the instruction of management, through visiting clients’ premises in person
-Actively participating in a full transaction, from negotiation to monitoring clients’ progress to receiving the due payment
-Daily reporting of business activities to management Physically or via email
-Effectively develop & maintain professional relationships with clients
-Research new avenues for business, both locally & internationally, when sales obligations have been fulfilled for the day
-Coordinate with others in the team to ensure the Organization’s interest is being pursued
